Avalokiteshvara (Guanyin), Ming Period (15th C.), beautifully restrained, almost austere styling, with traces of guilding. The patina is grayish green, with a very fine grain, almost dusty to the touch. Overall condition excellent, the only blemish being a small part missing in the tiara.
